1 – Goals for improving collective functioning in :
• Teamwork
• Communication and hierarchical relations
• Communication and relations between services.

2 – Goals of individual developments :
• To know how to better communicate: to listen, to understand others, to cooperate, to participate in meetings.
• To know how to self-manage: to organize oneself efficiently, to take into account objectives and delegations, to understand one’s responsibilities.
• Know how to solve problems: draw up an inventory, analyse situations, be more creative, choose and implement solutions, commit to an action plan.

The pedagogy based on a “business novel” allows everyone, at their own pace and according to their needs, to analyse their current experience, to seek new solutions, to experiment with tools and to transpose them into their own daily work.
Each cycle is articulated in 4 steps:
• Personal preparation between sessions thanks to an individual teaching support

• Group training session

• During the meeting, the facilitator guides the discussions, invites everyone to do exercises and simulations, and to expose their own experiences to other participants

• Put into practice of the acquired techniques by each participant, in her/his usual working environment: at the end of each session, the participants choose a training contract on one of the techniques discovered. At the beginning of the following meeting, the results of the trainings are evaluated in groups.

Two possibilities :
• 7 half-day sessions
• 4 one-day sessions Training sessions are spaced 15 days apart

The last half-day is dedicated to the synthesis of the training to take stock of the course and project future improvements.

Two possibilities of facilitation :
• Either by a Groupe Euris consultant
• Or by one of your managers trained prior to the animation of FORMACTEAM.
