Thanks to our pedagogy, everyone can analyze their current experience, look for new solutions, experiment some tools and transpose them into their daily work, at their own pace and according to their own needs. 

Each cycle is structured in 4 stages:
• Personal preparation between each session
• Group training session
• Exercises and simulations, sharing experiences
• Applying the acquired skills in their everyday work environment, and evaluating the results obtained.
