What are the events that may threaten the very existence of the organisation and what could be done if such an event occurred?
We asked the team to imagine which transformations would be necessary in order to continue living and flourishing in this new environment. They imagined and worked on “Worst case scenarios”. Strategical options were settled for the five years to come. The communication and management of the project were successful.

Emergency always limits alternatives and may prevent from making good decisions. The deeper the crisis, the more radical the decisions. Anticipating the future may be impossible but planning possible options and getting ready for what could happen is a major asset. It’s only up to you!
